Sometimes the complaint is difficult to describe: “My brain just doesn’t feel like it used to.”
Brain fog and fatigue can have many causes, which is why persistent or unexplained symptoms should be medically evaluated when appropriate.
For patients who have already been evaluated, we can assess factors such as balance, eye movements, coordination, stress regulation, movement, sleep patterns, and nervous-system function that may be contributing to how they feel.
Common concerns include:
- Brain fog
- Mental fatigue
- Difficulty concentrating
- Reduced mental stamina
- Slower processing
- Feeling chronically “tired but wired”
- Difficulty recovering from stress
